Here is my story from the very beginning about how I got on the team.

The CEO reached me on Djinni. The letter was so warm and personal, it was different from the rest of the messages among recruiters on that portal.

During 3 weeks (I was slowly looking for a job), it seems like I’ve talked with the whole team. Seriously, I had 5 stages of the interview and I still remember my thoughts: “Are they looking for a NASA person or what?!?” :)

I started working in a team on March 1 and had to jump into a “burning car” from the first minutes of work. The main task was to help get people out of hot spots, adapt to a new place, provide everything necessary and understand how we can live, work and breathe again... I think we managed because we are still together and even stronger!

After 5 months, I understand why the team was such a tough selection. This is a very small, cozy, and close team. You feel lots of care from every employee, and I did not have a day to feel like a newbie. I was accepted into the team immediately, the very moment I joined the first meeting.

By joining Funzy, you will have a lot of communication within the team. We have brainstorms, the opportunity to speak openly about ideas and not be afraid of being ridiculed. It is easy for HR to work in such a team because the entire c-level understands the importance and value of this position, and I don’t have to explain what HR should do. Looking forward to the next couple of years together :)
