Requirements:
— 1-2 years of commercial experience in an outsourcing/outstaffing company or recruitment agency;
— Proven experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer
— Сommunication and negotiation abilities;
— Eхperiance of conducting interviews and assessing soft skills of candidates;
— Understanding of the job market and current business needs;
— Experience with various sourcing platforms and tools;
— Initiative, proactive problem-solving, and a continuous learning mindset;
— Upper intermediate English.

Main responsibilities:
— Work with both technical and non-technical positions at various levels;
— Develop and implement sourcing strategies, identifying the best channels to find top talent;
— Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles;
— Create compelling job descriptions and actively promote open positions;
— Conduct thorough interviews, assessing candidates’ soft skills and motivations;
— Bring new ideas to enhance and streamline the recruitment process.
