Fulcrum is looking for a DevOps to join our project!

About the project: A custom web-based platform that provides users a voting concept on streamer’s video gameplay results. We set an event and its possible outcomes, and users predict the end-result before the prediction window closes. Viewers who guess correctly will win a proportionate share of pool. The event only happens if pro and contra predictions build the pot. There are no odds the pots will be very transparent, and we
only take commissions from each pot.
Team: PM, 2 BE, FE, QA, Designer, TechLead

Requirements:
— General experience as DevOps (4+ years);
— Experience with AWS at least 3 years (EC2, ECS, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, CloudWatch, S3, ElastiCache Redis)
— Experience with Terraform (AWS infrastructure) at least 2 years
— Experience with GitHub: CI/CD pipelines (events, path filters, environment secrets)
— Experience with Git (strong command of branching, rebasing, and GitFlow-like workflows is a must)
— Strong understanding of InfoSec fundamentals

Main responsibilities:
— Writing Terraform code for new infrastructure components
— Making changes and adjustments to the existing infrastructure (also via Terraform
— Troubleshooting service outages caused by infrastructure issues
— Establishing monitoring and alerting for the production environment
— Securing the infrastructure to achieve ASVS Level 2 security verification level

Will be a plus:
— Developing Terraform modules
— OpenSearch deployment and operations
— ForestAdmin deployment and operations
— Experience with TerraGrunt
— Understanding of cloud native patterns and anti-patterns
— Experience with monitoring and alterting systems (Sentry, Opsgenie etc.)
— Experience with disciplined Git culture (informative commit messages, one branch per task, squashing commits where approptiate)
— Configuring nftables and WireGuard VPN
