Required skills:
— Managing teams 25+ people using Agile methodology;
— Experience with mobile / web development in the PRODUCTION;
— Good knowledge in the Gaming industry is MUST;
— Managing ongoing long term projects;
— Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum or Scrumban in particular);
— Experience working with risks/changes on an ongoing basis;
— Excellent communication (internal and external) — he/she should negotiate with the team and customer all the time about project changes/updates/challenges, etc.;
— Scope management;
— Time management;
— Excellent responsibility for the team or project results;
— Positive and open-minded;
— Experience with Jira, Confluence, any of Gantt Chart products;
— English level — Upper-Intermediate

It Will be a plus:
— PM’s management;
— Understanding Cost Management;
— Technical education (Software);
— Experience with team motivation (1-1 / facilitation );
— SAfe certificate.

— Work for results not from 8 to 6;
— Like challenges (work with the current team can be hard);
