Fulcrum is looking for an organized and responsible Head of Backend Department to join our company.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript (4+ years);
• Experience with Node.js (3+ years);
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) databases;
• Experience with Redis;
• Experience with Payments (stripe, paypal, etc.);
• Experience with Management tasks (mentoring, team lead, education, interviewing etc.);
• Intermediate English level.

Will be a plus experience with :

• AWS/GCP;
• Kubernetes;
• Linux\bash;
• React/React Native.

What are responsibilities:

1) Load as Project Developer.
2) Load as Head of BackEnd Department (up to 10 people):

• 1 to 1 with Backend devs (up to 10 people);
• Performance review;
• Interviews with new developers;
• Onboarding and Support developers;
• Improve approaches\practices;
• PDP;
• Community growth and Inspire colleagues.
