A great communicator with 2+ years’ HR experience preferably in the high-tech industry. You have a proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders, as well as maturity, flexibility and an open mindset. You’re great at executing projects in a timely manner.
Required skills:
— 2+ years in HR/People Partner role within international Software development company or IT Product company
— Experience leading small-sized teams
— Experience in IT Recruitment (training in IT recruitment is a big plus)
— Be a leader throughout Fulcrum team — speaking up and influencing positive change.
— Be a trusted partner and coach to our leaders.
