Find the best candidates for the opening and close the vacancies
Search for relevant CVs, that meet the requirements on LinkedIn and other job-seeking platforms (using the direct search or general methods)
Primary screening of all resumes and holding phone interviews with candidates
Handle all communication with candidates at the beginning of the hiring process
Build strong relationships with candidates and keep in touch with all potential prospects
Build and maintain internal candidates database
Report on the hiring process
experience working in IT more than 2 year
at least pre-Intermediate English language skills
you know how to perform a direct search for candidates
experienced with modern recruitment tools (e.g.
you have good presentation skills and you know how to communicate well
you are responsible and hard-working, you also know how to manage your time effectively
you are pro-active and result-oriented
