As a lead generation manager, you will need to:
1) identify people who need development services;
2) help them solve their problems.

— At least 6 months experience in IT, outsource;
— Upper-Intermediate English;
— Excellent writing skills (your grammar is on-point, word choice is smart);
— You are a team player and a quick learner;
— You are focused on the result (you don’t work for the sake of working);
— You don’t sound robotic, your messages are written in human language.
What you will do:
— Active communication via LN and email 40%;
— Follow-ups and tasks management in HubSpot 20%;
— ICP research 20%;
— Working on ICP templates and other strategic things 20%.
