Hey, Sales Master!
Are you looking for a predictable schedule 8 am — 6 pm?
Do you like working with strict management and guidelines?
Looking for a stress-free environment?
Hoping to finally find your work-life balance?
I am really sorry, but you should look elsewhere.
In Fulcrum, we offer:
— F*cking interesting projects to work on, look www.producthunt.com/posts/mvp-assembly-line and www.producthunt.com/posts/diy-ux-audit
— Get an opportunity to evolve from Bacteria-Sales to the Homo Sapiens Sales in a no-time;
— No bureaucracy, you can do whatever you want (almost) until the goals are met. We don’t really care how you achieve them (still some standards in place);
— Need support and professional education? No problem, we are here to help. We run regular workshops, arrange corporate English lessons. Fulcrum covers 70% of the relevant courses of your choice (sommelier courses don’t count);
— Don’t believe all of the above? Just drop the Telegram messages to our Sales Managers @ibryk and @dk1331 and see for yourself!
Your responsibilities:
— Lead verification — pitch yourself, company and services in a coherent and engaging way;
— Lead nurturing — determine main challenges and pain points. Collect all of the needs and propose relevant solution;
— Proposal Preparation and Presentation — tailor the proposal which suits clients challenges, navigate delivery team to the tech/business solutions which are relevant;
— Negotiation — agree with client on terms both beneficial for him/her and Fulcrum;
— Win & Lose — win or lose, doesn’t matter. Losing is a part of what we do. If win, transition the client smoothly to the delivery. If lose, analyze, adapt and let your peers know how to improve next time.
— Account management — cool, you have won the client. Now, make sure he/she is fully on the same page with delivery, communicate the teams’ lows and highs in a smooth and constructive manner.
— CRM management — just make sure that all of the deals have the next step, overview, contact etc.
What skillset do you need (both soft and hard)?
— English at least Upper Intermediate;
— Excellent writing and speaking skills;
— Pre-Sales team management;
— Project Management;
— Critical thinking;
— Self education and continuous improvement;
— Thrive for taking more responsibility;
— Stress-resistance;
— Empathy towards clients’ challenges;
