About the Role

As a Product Designer at FUIB Business, you’ll turn complex banking workflows into clear, functional, and elegant solutions. You’ll own the design process end-to-end — from uncovering insights through research to shaping effective, user-centered solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, advocate for user needs, and shape consistent, scalable experiences across core product interfaces — driving clarity, usability, and business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, and Analysts to define problems and co-create effective solutions
• Designing core experiences for FUIB Business web banking and mobile apps
• Creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UIs, and interactive prototypes
• Participating in user research and usability testing to validate ideas and improve experiences
• Working with and contributing to a scalable design system for consistent UX across products and platforms
• Reviewing performance of released features and using insights to iterate and improve
• Working with product analytics data, A/B testing

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of experience designing complex, high-impact digital products — ideally in-house and B2B
• A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful product design work across web and mobile apps
• Strong design skills across systems and interfaces — from initial wireframes to high-fidelity UI
• Ability to think strategically, define problems clearly, and articulate design decisions
• Solid understanding of technical constraints and how they shape real product solutions
• Self-driven approach and ownership mindset — you thrive in autonomous, cross-functional teams
• Strong UX instincts and a deep understanding of user behavior and flows
• Sharp eye for typography, layout, grids, and consistency
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and a drive to solve real-world problems with design
• Proficiency in Figma and user testing tools
• Empathy for users combined with a data-informed, results-oriented mindset and a systematic approach to solving problems
• Awareness of how to integrate AI tools into design workflows for ideation, automation, and speed

Nice to have

• Background in B2B fintech products
• Experience with vibe coding techniques for building expressive, high-fidelity interactive prototypes
• Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting and microcopy generation
• Experience using generative AI to create visual content, such as illustrations or concept imagery for design exploration

Hiring Process

3. Design test task — A small design assignment to assess skills in a hypothetical scenario (no more than 4 hours)
