About the Role

As a Product Designer at FUIB Business, you’ll turn complex banking workflows into clear, functional, and elegant solutions. You’ll own the design process end-to-end — from uncovering insights through research to shaping effective, user-centered solutions.
This role requires strong visual design skills, a solid understanding of graphic design principles, and the ability to create and adapt illustration assets for various digital touchpoints.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, advocate for user needs, and help elevate visual communication across the product — from core interfaces to banners, emails, and in-app content.

What You’ll Be Doing

— Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, and Analysts to define problems and co-create effective solutions
— Supporting marketing and communication efforts through visuals for banners, in-app stories, client emails, and other digital touchpoints — including creating and adapting existing illustration assets to fit various formats and use cases.
— Designing core experiences for FUIB Business web banking — admin panels, customer support flows, content systems and more
— Contributing to mobile product design as we expand cross-platform capabilities
— Creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UIs, and interactive prototypes
— Participating in user research and usability testing to validate ideas and improve experiences
— Working with and contributing to a scalable design system for consistent UX across products and platforms
— Reviewing performance of released features and using insights to iterate and improve.

What You’ll Need

— 4+ years of experience designing complex, high-impact digital products — ideally in-house and B2B
— A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful product design work across web and mobile platforms, including UI design, marketing visuals
— Strong design skills across systems and interfaces — from initial wireframes to high-fidelity UI
— Strong visual and communication design skills — ability to craft clean, engaging visuals for banners, emails, and in-app content
— Ability to think strategically, define problems clearly, and articulate design decisions
— Solid understanding of technical constraints and how they shape real product solutions
— Self-driven approach and ownership mindset — you thrive in autonomous, cross-functional teams
— Strong UX instincts and a deep understanding of user behavior and flows
— Sharp eye for typography, layout, grids, and consistency
— Curiosity, critical thinking, and a drive to solve real-world problems with design
— Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools
— Awareness of how to integrate AI tools into design workflows for ideation, automation, and speed.

Would be a plus:

— Background in B2B fintech products
— Motion design skills for marketing and communication assets
