About the project
We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer to join our cross-functional team responsible for ensuring high-quality releases in a microservice-based banking platform.
The project involves web and API automation using a modern Java-based stack and CI/CD integration for continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for Web UI, REST API, and database layers.

• Extend and optimize the test automation framework based on Java + TestNG + Selenide + Rest Assured.

• Participate in test planning and defect analysis.

• Ensure stable test execution in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Git).

• Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and analysts to maintain high release quality.

• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the QA Chapter.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of OOP

• Strong coding skills in Java

• Experienced in TestNG

• Advanced in Selenide

• Skilled in Page Object / Page Factory design

• Advanced in Rest Assured

• Experienced in JDBC / MyBatis

• Experienced in Git

• Experienced in Jenkins / Maven

• Experienced in Allure Report

• Good understanding of SDLC/STLC

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Postman, or Swagger.

• Familiarity with Kibana dashboards, and TestRail/Jira integrations.

• Basic understanding of Playwright / TypeScript — ability to read tests and contribute to cross-framework discussions.

• Background in banking or fintech domain.
