About the Role

As a Product Designer at FUIB Business, you’ll turn complex banking workflows into clear, functional, and elegant solutions. You’ll own the design process end-to-end — from uncovering insights through research to shaping effective, user-centered solutions.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, advocate for user needs, and shape consistent, scalable experiences across core product interfaces — driving clarity, usability, and business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work on mobile Android and iOS fintech applicationParticipation in all stages of User ResearchPreparation of prototypes of varying degrees of detail
• Participation in testing, work with analytics
• Participation in all stages of Design processes

What You’ll Need

• Experience in interviewing users and stakeholdersExperience with analytics, reviews and conclusionsExcellent knowledge of iOS and Material GuidelinesWork on banking or fintech products
• Speeches at conferences, reports
• Experience and understanding of the principles of the design system in Figma
• Possession of modern prototyping and interface tools
• Experience in the design testing process
