As a Product Designer at PUMB, you’ll transform complex financial flows into clear, useful, and elegant mobile experiences.
You’ll work end-to-end: from shaping hypotheses and refining requirements together with the team, to preparing prototypes and collaborating on validation through qualitative or quantitative research.You’ll design for both iOS and Android, respecting platform-specific patterns and differences, and ensure consistency through our design system.
Your work will impact core parts of the PUMB app — helping us deliver simple, effective solutions that balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals.What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing user flows and interfaces for PUMB mobile app on iOS and Android
• Creating prototypes of varying fidelity to support testing and product validation
• Working with hypotheses and problem statements together with Product Owners and analysts
• Collaborating with service designers on qualitative and quantitative research
• Preparing prototypes and supporting usability testing
• Working within an established design system and contributing to its consistent use
• Participating in Agile ceremonies as part of a cross-functional squad
• Working closely with developers, QA, and system analysts to refine and ship solutions

What You’ll Need

• Portfolio is required
• Experience designing native iOS and Android apps ( від 3 рокив), understanding platform guidelines
• Experience in fintech or similar domains (personal finance apps, payments, crypto wallets, expense tracking, or other money-related products) would be a plus!
• Understanding of the full design process: from problem definition to solution delivery
• Ability to structure hypotheses, interpret feedback, and work with product analytics
• Experience preparing prototypes for usability testing
• Practical knowledge of Figma and working with a design system
• Ability to communicate effectively with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other roles
• A solid portfolio with real product work and clear decision-making rationale
