FUIB’s product design team is experienced professionals involved in a variety of internal and client products of the bank, including mobile and web online banking for corporate business. This is a modern fin-tech product with a large team of diverse specialists in love with their work. The design process is based on user research and testing in our own cozy UX laboratory. We use modern tools and equipment. The development process is based on the Agile/Scrum methodology.

Now the product Marketing Team needs a Marketing web designer who will be actively involved in the development and improvement of the existing promotional website.

A designer must have an excellent sense of style, work with graphic elements at a high level, the ability to convey complex meanings using visually impressive creative design materials, and have the ability to make trivial things interesting

Also, a high level of work with graphics and illustrations, an understanding of artistic principles and rules, composition, color, and typography are important. The ability to develop and keep a specific visual style in illustrations and graphic elements.

Required skills:

Experience and understanding of all stages of marketing website development: from idea to release

Excellent sense of style, color, composition, typography, and the fundamental knowledge behind it

Creative thinking and the ability to generate ideas

Experience in working on Illustrations

Experience in Motion design

Ability to convey complex things in an interesting way

Have an understanding of UX principles and methodologies.

Experience in User Research

Experience and understanding of the principles of the design system in Figma

Desired skills:

Work on banking or fintech products

Speeches at conferences, reports

Experience with corporate business applications

Scope of work:

Work on the App’s Website to explain its value to the existing customers and engage the new audience

Work on Website graphic materials, preparing infographics and icons

Development of a visual style and further work on illustrations for the website, banners. SMM etc

Participation in all stages of Design processes

Participation in User Research

Preparation of prototypes of varying degrees of detail
