FUIB’s product design team is experienced professionals involved in a variety of internal and client products of the bank, including mobile online banking, iOS and Android applications. This is a modern fin-tech product with a large team of diverse specialists in love with their work. The design process is based on user research and testing in our own cozy UX laboratory. We use modern tools and equipment. The development process is based on the Agile / Scrum methodology.

Now the mobile banking team needs a strong leading designer-researcher with leadership abilities, who sees and actively participates in the development and improvement of the product. Must be able to choose the best design solutions, combining the interests of the user, business and technical limitations. To be a real conductor between the Product Owner and the Developers, having an understanding of the technical part of the product. Have the ability to propose and quickly test hypotheses with a prone result.

Required skills:

Portfolio required!!!!

Experience and understanding of all stages of mobile application development: from idea to release.

Experience and excellent knowledge of UX research methodologies, CJM, JTBD, Personas

Experience in interviewing users and stakeholders, compiling screeners, questionnaires and surveys

Excellent understanding of the design testing process, heuristic evaluation of the interface

Experience with analytics, reviews and conclusions

Possession of modern prototyping and interface tools

Desired skills:

Knowledge of iOS and Material Guidelines

Experience and understanding of the principles of the design system in Figma

Work on banking or fintech products

Speeches at conferences, reports

Scope of work:

Work on mobile Android and iOS fintech application

Participation in all stages of design processes

Participation and organization of all stages of UX research

Participation and organization of testing, work with analytics

Preparation of prototypes of varying degrees of detail

The direction and review of designers in the team
