About product

FUIB’s product design team is experienced professionals involved in a variety of internal and client products of the bank, including mobile online banking for corporate business, iOS and Android applications. This is a modern fin-tech product with a large team of diverse specialists in love with their work. The design process is based on user research and testing in our own cozy UX laboratory. We use modern tools and equipment. The development process is based on the Agile/Scrum methodology.

Now the mobile banking team needs a Senior Product Designer, who actively participates in the development and improvement of the product. Must be able to choose the best design solutions, combining the interests of the user, business and technical limitations. To be a real conductor between the Product Owner and the Developers, having an understanding of the technical part of the product. Have the ability to propose and quickly test hypotheses with a prone result.

Requirement skills

Experience and understanding of all stages of mobile application development: from idea to release

Experience in User Research

Experience in interviewing users and stakeholders

Experience in the design testing process

Experience with analytics, reviews and conclusions

Possession of modern prototyping and interface tools

Excellent knowledge of iOS and Material Guidelines

Experience and understanding of the principles of the design system in Figma

Preferable skills

Work on banking or fintech products

Speeches at conferences, reports

Experience with corporate business applications

Participation in all stages of Design processes

Participation in all stages of User Research

Participation in testing, work with analytics

Preparation of prototypes of varying degrees of detail
