The Role

Responsibilities:
- To act as a financial manager for our clients
- Communication with the client at the level of top management
- Providing recommendations for optimizing costs and improving the financial situation
- To control and prevent cash gaps
- To analyze financial statements and additional indicators
- To manage projects: deadlines, the priority of tasks, quality of projects, team workload, and task control
- To work with the R&D on the development of the financial system and its implementation
- To create financial models
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of basic corporate financials
- 2+ years of experience in preparing financial reports for any business models
- Experience in preparing budgets (would be a plus)
- Experience in creating at least 2 financial models
- Strong knowledge of Google Spreadsheets or Excel
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to independently carry out rigorous problem solving
- At least a B2 level of English
- Highly responsible person

Briefly about the recruitment process
There are 3 stages in the recruitment process:
- Soft skills interview with our recruiter.
- Test task which is related to management reports.
- Hard skills interview with one of our FP&A managers.
