Fuel Finance is a cloud financial department for startups. We replace the current workflow with Spreadsheets + financial managers with a 10x better solution. Fuel manages over $200M in P&L for our clients, including Petcube (YC alumni, $25M raised), Awesomic (YC alumni, $2M raised), Lemon.io (bootstrapped and killing it), Delfast ($4M raised)




This role will be a perfect fit for the beginners in recruitment or those who’d like to start a career in recruitment. What you will be working on:

  • Implementation of the tasks on the early recruitment stages. Precisely, you will be regularly assisting with the job postings creation and its following distribution on the job search platforms, inbound applications screening processing, proactively searching for the suitable candidates (a so-called ‘outbound applications screening’), undertake first screening interviews followed by its further transfer to the technical interview with the hiring manager
  • Building a well-organized administrative environment and taking strong control over the successful tasks’ implementation within the early stages of the recruitment processes
  • Working alongside multiple teams to make sure things run smoothly
  • Working directly with Petcube’s Executive Team as well as with Alona Mysko, Fuelfinance`s CEO and Co-founder


  • At least 0.5 years of experience in the operations/administrative/recruitment environment
  • Highly competent in English with confident verbal and written skills (at least C1)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to its importance and urgency
  • Desirable but not a must — knowledge of hiring tools (Breezy, Hiretual etc.)
