We are looking for an unconventional, creative and proactive SMM Specialist who is ready to conquer the market with new interesting products in an experienced team! 🚀

We are a holding company with large-scale projects and a multi-million audience. We are currently launching new products, but this is not a classic startup — we know what we are doing, we have the resources and expertise, but we want to add more drive to our vision of SMM strategy and refresh our approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Update and build an effective media plan in accordance with the strategic goals of the project
• Ensure traffic growth, increased engagement and brand recognition in social networks (X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, YouTube Shorts)
• Develop and implement SMM strategies taking into account the specifics of each communication channel
• Optimize the level of community engagement
• Create and manage content on social networks, maintain a single tone of voice — for a Western audience
• Hold joint contests and sweepstakes with other audiences to attract a new audience
• Coordinate work with designers (promo and motion designers) on the visual design of content, including posts, stories and videos

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working with multiple social channels.
• English level — from Upper-Intermediate (closing questions using Google Translate or AI is not an option)
• Independence in work (ability to work without supervision and make decisions)
• SMM with real cases of strategy implementation and successful community growth
• Excellent knowledge of Discord (required!), Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and other social networks and best practices for working in these social networks
• Good understanding of key performance indicators of social networks
• Time-management skills
• Excellent content writing skills and creative content creation
• MANDATORY: Constantly playing CS2

What NOT to do (important!):

• Design images for posts and stories in Photoshop and Stocks. We have our own cool Promo Designers who will fulfill any wish for your TK, there are also Motion Designers for videos
• Set up the target. We have a separate targeting team, you will only have “Organic” SMM traffic
• We are ready to take away the maximum of all non-core work from you so that you can develop and achieve maximum results!

IMPORTANT! You will have 6+ social networks in your work, so this is a full-time job; if you are not ready to give up your current clients — this is not for us. But if you are interested in working in a talented team with cool products from the GameDev world — welcome!
