Frogwares is looking for an experienced HR Director to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership to shape our people strategy, foster an outstanding company culture, and ensure our team members thrive while contributing to Frogwares’ continued success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an HR strategy that supports the company’s growth and long-term goals;
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related matters;
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and creative company culture;
• Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness;
• Streamline HR processes, policies, and tools to enhance efficiency;
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward systems in alignment with industry standards;
• Design, implement, and oversee performance review processes that align individual goals with company objectives;
• Develop fair and transparent systems for regular feedback, goal setting, and career growth;
• Develop programs to improve employee well-being, engagement, and retention;
• Oversee conflict resolution and ensure healthy team dynamics;
• Lead initiatives for professional development, training programs, and leadership coaching;
• Work closely with managers to provide tools and guidance for evaluating team performance and delivering constructive feedback;

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Director, HRBP, or Senior HR Manager in the game development, tech, or creative industries;
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams;
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement;
• Experience in designing and implementing performance review systems;
• Experience scaling HR processes for growing teams (100+ employees);
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
• A people-centric approach with the ability to balance employee and business needs;
• Good spoken English level;

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience working in game development or entertainment industries.
