For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Our in-house marketing team is seeking a highly autonomous and proactive senior community manager. You will play a pivotal role in conceiving and implementing both short-term and long-term social media strategies, with the primary objective of engaging and expanding our fan bases across various channels.
The ideal candidate is someone who has strong experience in social media management, speaks perfect English, isn’t shy in front of a camera and shares our passion for video games. You will be the driving force behind creating, planning and executing our social media strategy.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- 4 years of proven experience in community management within the gaming industry
- Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools
- Deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and player behavior
- Fluency in English at the C1 level or higher is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as creative thinking
- Experience in social media advertising and data analytics
- Strong planning skills and knowledge of project management tools such as Gantt charts
- Strong on-camera presentation skills
- Proactive behavior and autonomy
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to foster a strong and engaged community
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling and shareable content, including blog posts, videos, live streams, events
- Utilize ad platforms and paid advertising to boost the reach of social media initiatives
- Leverage social media analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Provide customer support by addressing player inquiries, feedback, and concerns
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
