— Linux OS: Proven Knowledge & Practical experience with working with/managing Linux servers (installation, packages, network defs, firewall, etc)
— XML / SOAP: Proven Knowledge & Practical experience with Basic usage of XML/ SOAP messages.
— ISP support representative: Experience as support representative serving DSL/Cable Internet subscribers as a tier 2 help-desk member.
— Windows server : Acquaintance with Windows server ed. 20XX OS for configuring basic functionalities (IIS, telnet service, folder security etc.)
— Experience with IIS, Jboss, SQL Databaseses
— English language: Proven skills with read, write and verbal (Upper-Intermediate)
— Team player: Ability to work as a team member sharing information with other members
— Willing to travel abroad: Travel to customers abroad for on site work
— After office hours: Willing to work after office hours for handling customer crisis related alerts
