The FreySoft team is looking for a qualified Sales Representative Manager / Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing long-term trusted relationships with new clients, research leads, and closing deals. If you are an ambitious and result-oriented person who is able to work hard to get maximum result, let’s join!

FreySoft is a team of 60+ IT professionals, and we are expanding rapidly helping other companies boost their business worldwide. We work with both start-ups and established technology companies. Our main goal is to maximize a client’s business potential and to get the best results in terms of productivity. We have our own product that will also boost our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

— Experience in B2B sales.

— English and Polish level: Upper-intermediate and higher.

— Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

— Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

— Experience in email and LinkedIn outbound/inbound sales.

— Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

— Focused, organized, self-motivated & result-driven whilst able to use own initiative.


Nice to have:

— 5 years of experience as an IT sales manager

— Lead Generator skills
