We are looking for a passionate, innovative, motivated, results-oriented professional IT recruiter to join our family of soulmates.

Required skills:
— 2+ years of experience in recruiting of IT specialists and engineers;
— Experience in full cycle recruitment process in an IT company;
— Experience with multiple sourcing techniques (e.g. social media, internal recruiting, referrals, etc.);
— Good English, written as well as spoken;
— Excellent social and communications skills;
— Ability to work under minor/remote supervision;
— High EQ, honesty, confidence, personal responsibility.

Be a plus:
— Availability of an established base of potential employees(engineers)

Responsibilities:
— Perform a full cycle recruiting for open positions: source candidates (passive & active jobseekers), review their CVs, screen candidates via interviews, conduct in-person interviews, prepare post-interview follow-ups;
— Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs;
— Write up candidate summaries (including current compensation, salary expectation, motivation for seeking new opportunities, timing constraints, ability to relocate, etc.);
— Keep current employees motivated;
— Build a strong network with potential candidates;
— Take part in company HR branding and marketing activities.
