I had the opportunity to work at FreshTech for over 4 years, and I would like to share my impressions.
One of the greatest advantages of this company is its amazing team. The professionalism of my colleagues and our mutual goal to develop a great product created a productive and supportive work atmosphere.
It was truly exciting to be involved in interesting and challenging projects. Through this experience, I had the incredible opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills, and to feel like a part of team, which is working on something truly fascinating.

In my subjective opinion, the company still have room to develop the practical usage of Agile methodology, clarity, and transparency of processes at the level of each team member.
While every company faces its own challenges, I want to emphasize that FreshTech demonstrates its great potential and a capacity for innovation.
Overall, working here has been an unforgettable experience.
