• Practical Project manager / Scrum Master experience in middle/large scale projects (at least for 1 year)
• Familiarity with Agile principles (like Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks and understanding Scrum Master role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with issue tracking and content collaboration systems (like Jira and Confluence)
• Familiar with Risk Management principles

• Manage several cross-functional teams
• Leads team efforts in relentless improvement
• Helps the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective.
• Facilitates meetings — Facilitates all team meetings, including (where applicable) the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective.
• Supports the Product Management —helps the Product Management in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.
• Eliminates impediments — PM actively addresses blocking issues so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the Sprint
• Protects and communicates — Communicates with management and outside stakeholders; helps protect the team from uncontrolled expansion of work.
• Supports estimating — Guides the team in establishing normalized estimates and helps the team understand how to estimate Features
• Track development progress using company adopted tools to make sure, the schedule is on track.
• Maintain project management artefacts, collect production statistic’s and metrics
• Highlight development risks, issues, and dependency
• Use failure as an opportunity to learn and/or improve processes
