We are seeking an experienced Game Programmer to join our game development studio as an integral part of our team. If you strive to build high-quality games, have strong programming expertise, and want to make a meaningful contribution to the gameplay side of a project, then this job is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of gameplay systems and features, including their architecture, implementation, and integration
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other engineers to deliver high-quality gameplay experiences
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability across the gameplay team

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in game development
• Shipped game projects
• Excellent knowledge of C++ and object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Strong understanding of the game development technology stack (replication, matchmaking, physics, or gameplay)
• Experience designing and implementing game architecture from scratch
• Experience in establishing effective workflows and processes within a team
• Intermediate level of English or higher

PREFERENCES

• Experience working with consoles (Gen8 and Gen9)
• Experience with script languages (UnrealScript, UnityScript, Lua, TypeScript)
• Experience with Unreal Engine 4 / 5 or Unity
• Experience with Perforce
• Expert-level knowledge in one or more areas: replication, matchmaking, physics, or gameplay
• Experience with custom engines
