The Fractured Byte team is looking for an Art Director for a new project that is currently at the pre-production stage. The description of the project will certainly interest you: completely own production, franchise game, online PvP shooter and honest AA.

Tasks and responsibilities:
— Evolving and maintaining the art direction for the game: mood and style
— Creating and managing moodboards, reference boards
— Helping the Art Coordinator with giving feedback for the art we get from our outsource partners
— Helping the Tech Art, Level Design and Level Art teams in achieving the target visuals
— Constant search of ways to achieve the best visuals possible while maintaining the style and performance targets
— If would be necessary, establishing processes for concept-art creation
— Manually improving the levels’ visuals by working with light, post-processes, materials and content
— Giving feedback, setting priorities and assigning tasks to the Art teams
Necessary skills and experience:
— Able to sketch. Ability to create concept art would be a heavy plus
— 3+ years of experience with art side of Unreal Engine 4: lighting setup, working with assets, scene composition, content/light/materials optimisation
— 2+ years of Art Lead or Art Director experience, preferably on PC/Console products
— Able to manage people, tasks, and processes
— Familiar with First-Person shooters at least as a player, better as an art-related developer
— At least 2 shipped titles, preferably on PC/consoles
— Familiarity with modern visuals-related tech
