About this role
Join our marketing team as a Social Media Content Marketing Specialist! You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Your primary focus will be on social media content strategy and execution, with additional contributions to blog articles, case studies, email campaigns, and more. Our projects primarily serve B2B tech businesses, with an emphasis on driving user engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
✔️ Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with business goals
✔️ Create engaging, creative posts for social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
✔️ Write compelling copy and design visual assets for ads and social media posts using Canva or similar tool
✔️ Plan and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure timely posts and collaboration with remote teams
✔️ Ensure content consistency across platforms, maintaining brand voice, style, and quality
✔️ Track and measure social media performance with LinkedIn, SEO, and web analytics, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement
✔️ Support and promote business events (conferences, webinars) through social content and marketing materials
✔️ Occasionally support events with on-site coordination and social media coverage when needed
Skills and Qualifications
✔️ A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for social media content marketing
✔️ Strong writing skills with a keen understanding of how to create engaging posts across various platforms
✔️ Experience designing visual content for social media using Canva or similar tools
✔️ Excellent communication skills, confident in interacting with stakeholders at all levels
✔️ Demonstrated ability to research, write, and create original content quickly
✔️ Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, as well as tools like Buffer, Trello, and Google Workspace
✔️ Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) and how they can support content creation.
✔️ Excellent written and spoken English language (B2-Upper Intermediate or above)
✔️ Confident in discussing requirements and recommending solutions to stakeholders, regardless of seniority level inside or outside the organisation
