Role Overview:
The Instructional Designer is responsible for independently designing, developing, and delivering effective learning solutions aligned with business goals. You will create innovative and engaging content using sound instructional design methodologies and leverage current learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality e-learning, ILT, and blended learning solutions.
- Apply advanced knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles to meet diverse learner needs.
- Collaborate with SMEs, content developers, and media teams to produce accurate and engaging content.
- Manage instructional design projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Recommend appropriate instructional strategies and technologies based on learner analysis and project requirements.
- Support presales activities by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Education, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Proficiency in rapid authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) and LMS environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
