About the role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Media Designer to join our E-learning Media team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in static graphic design while also being capable of producing basic motion graphics using After Effects. The role involves designing infographics, icons, illustrations, e-learning visuals, and simple animations, while working collaboratively with senior designers and instructional designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing infographics, icons, illustrations, and other static assets.
  • Support creation of motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
  • Convert storyboards, scripts, or PowerPoint slides into engaging visual content.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and instructional designers to meet project objectives.
  • Maintain quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines in all design work.
  • Explore AI-based tools (e.g., RunwayML, DALL-E) to enhance design outputs.
  • Stay updated with current trends in static design and motion graphics.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design with exposure to motion graphics.
  • Advanced English is a must.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Ability to create visually engaging infographics and icons.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.
