Fractal Analytics is actively involved in helping Fortune 500 companies by enabling them to discover how they can leverage the data that they generate using advanced and sophisticated algorithms from Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Additionally, the group is also involved in creating a rich and diverse portfolio within Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Big Data. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements to create meaningful KPIs and data-driven solutions
• Develop engaging Power BI mock-ups
• Craft compelling Power BI reports that turn data into narratives
• Define visuals and key KPI’s that enables speed to insight
• Implement feedback to refine and evolve our BI tools
• Maintain and enhance our BI solutions for optimal code quality, scalability and performance
• Work alongside the production team to ensure smooth data transformations
• Prepare holistic documentation for efficient knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Analytics/Visualizations, with a solid project portfolio
• Strong experience in Power BI, including DAX and M languages

• Proven ability in deploying BI solutions to mid-market and/or enterprise scale organizations
• Proficient in designing robust data models
• Ability to architect and design reporting solutions based on client needs
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Good to have:

• Confident knowledge of SQL (DML)
• Experience in other BI tools
• Basic Python understanding
• Understanding of CI/CD and Agile methodologies

Education:

Degree in Computer Science or related field (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech) preferred, but open to any degree with an impressive Power BI portfolio
