Candidate qualifications & personal qualities

  • MA in Psychology, Sociology, Linguistics or similar
  • Great desire to develop in HR management
  • Upper-Intermediate English
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize well
  • Responsible and attentive to details
  • Fast in troubleshooting
  • Ready to do attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Provide help in facilitation of all the employee lifecycle events (from onboarding to exit)
  • Be responsible for the creation and management of all employee-related documentation and paperwork (agreements, specifications, payroll inputs, etc), track employee test period
  • Administer language classes and health insurance provision process
  • Provide support to the HR team in program management (campus hiring, career track change, 1:1, performance reviews, HR reporting)
  • Communicate with external partners (vendors, recruitment, event agencies, etc), manage procurement
