Fractal Ukraine team is launching a career track change program for people who would like to deep dive into the world of analytics and business intelligence as a part of a highly qualified and friendly team.

Once joining Fractal Analytics the selected individuals will undergo a 6-week full-time training program in decision science (eg. Python for data science, cloud fundamentals, problem-solving & storyboarding, data visualization, life skills, etc) which will help upskill and become project ready. After the program, the selected individuals will be deployed to projects and start full-time work on projects.

Required skills:

• Master’s in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Economic Cybernetics, Software Engineering, Sociology or similar
• ~2 years of work experience (working with data is preferable)
• Intermediate skills in SQL, Python
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Excellent communication skills

Good to have:

• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PBI)
