— 2+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (closing positions for Data scientists, Data engineers, Data analysts would be a big plus)
— Experience of leading a full cycle recruitment process
— Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
— Good understanding of IT job market in Ukraine
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
