Now we are looking for Jira Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of basic processes in Jira
• Operational support of implemented Jira, Confluence processes and users
• Maintenance of technical documentation in an up-to-date state
• Projects (both external and internal) creation and support
• Dealing with Projects/Boards permission questions
• Assisting users with their own Dashboards

Requirements:

• Work on similar position from 2 years
• Strong experience in administration of Jira, Confluence: at the level of understanding the use of tools
• Experience in configuration and implementation of business processes based on Atlassian Jira products
• Experience with Scheme management
• Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Tempo
• Good knowledge of JQL
• Experience with Script Runner (will be a plus)
• Basic knowledge of SDLC, ITIL
• English level: Intermediate+
• Ability to manage projects and deliver tasks within set deadlines
• Experience with project management and development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Experience of implementing Jira processes in a company with a headcount of over 1,000 employees
• Desirable experience in a Team Lead or similar role, responsible for managing a team and achieving results
• Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate efforts with other departments and teams
