It’s a good company because they allow us to do our best. The CEO and C-levels here are professionals and just nice people. Instead of micromanaging my time, I am given the freedom to work on projects as I see fit. I believe that such a results-oriented approach is very effective.
While there is always room for improvement, I appreciate that everyone is working hard to make this company the best it can be. My colleagues are very supportive and professional making the workflow smooth and efficient. Fourmeta has given me the opportunity to develop in areas where we do not have significant experience. This way I was able to gain additional skills that will help me in my careers.
