We are looking for a Sales Manager who can directly influence the success of our company!

You will perform the following tasks and responsibilities:
• Plan, develop and implement effective sales tactics and strategies;
• Develop and analyze existing sales processes and implement the appropriate changes in them for business development;
• Fulfill and, sometimes, even over-fulfill sales plans;
• To be able to find ways to communicate with decision makers (without intermediaries);
• Effectively handle any objections and know how to convert “No” to “Maybe” or “Yes”;
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and abilities, as well as being a real example of effectiveness for your teammates.
• Clearly and consistently manage a team of lead generators;

An experience that will definitely help you:
• Experience in IT sales for at least 2 years;
• Experience in outsourcing IT companies — MUST HAVE!
• Excellent leadership and management skills;
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English;
