— 2+ years of experience and proven track records in sales;
— Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
— Advanced level of English;
— Software development process understanding and IT industry knowledge;
— Good understanding of the US and European markets and ability to manage operations there.

— You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills;

— Work with English-speaking customers in a well organized agile environment;
— Participating in decision-making and business management processes;
— Minimal bureaucracy and proximate contact with CEO and CTO at Forma Pro;
