Great news! We are growing up and looking for HR Manager to expand our HR team. We have built an effective key processes and already support and care about a team of IT professionals of over 180 people.

Your priority task will be the enhancement and support of a performance review as well as support of other core HR practices.

Who You Are

  • You have 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR People Partner in IT
  • You have experience as an administrator of an HRIS and understand the importance of maintaining current and accurate data
  • You are great at strong awareness of the modern HR management practices (performance review, IDP, employee engagement & retention, C&B, onboarding, offboarding)
  • You have excellent and proven organizational, verbal, written and communication, presentation skills
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • You’re an optimist and have high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • You’re a quick learner, and a great researcher
  • You have upper-intermediate English level

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll play a critical part in supporting our growing international company. You’ll be our subject-matter expert in employee training, performance management, and manager coaching, all in addition to keeping our culture-engine humming with the rest of the People Operations Team

What We’ll Achieve

  • We’ll focus on manager development & training and build culture, so their teams feel supported, coached, and valued every day
  • We’ll help in elaborating individual development plans for the employees in line with the performance appraisal process
  • We’ll implement and organize/moderate performance review
  • We’ll perform all procedures related to employees’ onboarding, retention, satisfaction, professional growth
  • We’ll organize onboarding and support during the trial period (first day, first week, first month)
  • We’ll organize employee offboarding, conducting an exit interview, and giving feedback
  • Employees will know where to go to find important information (explaining company policies, procedures, laws, and standards), thanks to your dogged focus on organizing and maintaining records
  • We’ll lead the local HR team towards onboarding and cultural initiatives
  • We’ll create a learning environment for everyone so employees have the chance to gain knowledge they would be nowhere else in the industry
