Job responsibilities:

Helping customers with technical surveys and forms software issues over the telephone, e-mail and live chat
Assisting with projects implementations and trainings on the software usage

Qualifications:
Fluent English is a must
Readiness to work shifts
Strong communication skills
Ability to learn new software fast
Out of box thinking and quick learning ability
Extreme attention to details
Good troubleshooting skills
Team player attitude

Would be a plus:
Understanding web and mobile applications
Experience in a customer service/sales environment inside a technology company
