Form.com a global leader in data collection and business process optimization software company is looking for a Technical Writer to join our team of professionals.

Responsibilities:
∙ Creating new User Documentation for Form.com products;
∙ Creating or participating in the creation of Video user documentation;
∙ Creating supportive documentation for trainings on Form.com products;
∙ Maintaining existing user documentation for Form.com products and keeping it up to date;
∙ Cooperating with technical departments for new documentation planning;
∙ Measuring documentation usability and effectiveness and taking actions for their improvements;
∙ Train employees or customers on WA product;

Required competencies:
∙ Excellent written and spoken English;
∙ Creative writing;
∙ Customer focus thinking;
∙ Atlassian Confluence;
∙ Adobe Captivate, Camtasia Studio (or other screen recording software);
∙ Multiple browsers and mobile devices;
∙ MS office products;
