QA Engineer (AiSDR)

Flyer One Ventures — is an early-stage VC-fund, which invests in startups from Europe and North America. It has already invested $35M in over 60 startups. We also help our companies with recruitment and connect them to industry experts.

Currently, we are looking for a QA Engineer in our portfolio company — AiSDR.

AiSDR automates sales prospecting. Our software uses AI to automatically write and send sales emails, once a prospective customer engages — we then automatically correspond and book meetings with them.

AiSDR’s sales emails have an average response rate of 7.1%, which is already on par with the industry response rate from emails written by humans.

We are aiming to replace over 600k SDRs, that cost US companies $48B a year.

Our stack: Node.js (Nest), React, TypeScripts, AWS (SQS, AppRunner), Cypress, Jest.

Location: Lviv office (hybrid).

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years software testing experience.
• Strong understanding of the software development and testing process.
• Experience developing and executing test plans.
• Strong skills documenting test cases, as well as the results of those test cases.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team of technical and non-technical individuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong analytical skills for project risk assessment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

What you will do:

• Develop, maintain and upgrade manual test scripts required to execute test plans, following established procedures.
• Perform performance, reliability, scalability, and security testing.
• Effectively communicate test activities and results in oral and written form.
• Manage personal daily test activities
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to work on complex issues.
• Exercise sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Document, isolate, reproduce and track software defects.
