Relevant experience and abilities
• You will recruit for roles that involve niche technologies uncovering limited talent pools (GraphQL, Kafka, JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, Apollo Server, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in developing sourcing strategies creating pipelines that meet our aggressive hiring goals
• Source candidates using innovative techniques including social networking and other sourcing platforms to get the job done better, faster, and more efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bonus if you have:
• Awareness of web/mobile development processes
• Ability to hang out with engineering team for a discussion on relevant technologies (Python, Ruby, JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, Typescript, React Native, Native iOS, Android, GraphQL)
