Video Editor / Motion Designer

PPM Express is a cloud SaaS platform for Enterprise Product and Portfolio Management, trusted by over 300 companies globally. Our product streamlines product and project management integration across platforms like Azure DevOps, Jira Software, Microsoft Project, and Monday.com, providing a comprehensive view of all initiatives, enhancing transparency, and driving clarity.

As we continue our expansion into new markets, we are looking for a talented Video Editor / Motion Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Team. You will play a key role in crafting compelling video and motion content that drives engagement, enhances brand messaging, and supports our growth.

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in video editing or motion design within a B2B or B2C environment, ideally working with SaaS or tech startups.
• Expert proficiency in video editing and motion design tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc. Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma — must have.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
• A deep understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and the ability to create engaging, high-quality video content.
• Ability to create videos that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
• Passion for innovation, with the ability to develop new ideas and take ownership of creative projects.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your video editing and motion design skills and experience.

Will be plus: Knowledge of AI tools or illustration/drawing skills for custom designs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating engaging video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Ads, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Stories, and Reels.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align video and motion designs with the overall brand image and messaging.
• Editing and refining videos based on feedback and marketing needs.
• Managing video production timelines and ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and design techniques to continuously improve video and motion design strategies.
