Our product line includes cloud products for configuration management and migration solutions, Business Intelligence, and Data visualization and integration. Over 1000 customers are using our software, most of them are multinational enterprises, many are reps of Fortune 500 list (fortune.com/fortune500/search).

Now we are looking for a new Account Executive/ Sales Manager to join our growing team and actively push up sales performance.

This is how our perfect candidate’s profile looks like:

  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate is a minimum). If you studied or lived in the UK/US — that’s a great advantage
  • At least 3+ years in IT Software sales (European and US markets)
  • Sales Team Management / Sales Team Lead experience is a huge advantage
  • Experience selling SaaS products. Candidates with such experience will be given priority
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
  • Strong knowledge of the software sales cycle
  • Experienced with CRM, MS Office
  • Friendly and open-minded
  • Growth-oriented
  • Result-driven, self-motivated, organized, and hardworking
  • Good with multitasking and time-management
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills

We need your help with:

  • Full-cycle sales for new products and services
  • Taking care of inbound qualified leads and prospects
  • Converting qualified leads to opportunities and then paid customers
  • Closing deals and exceeding monthly goals
  • Accurate working with CRM
  • Cooperating closely with marketing
  • Growing new business revenue
  • Regular initiating of existing sales practices improvement
