PPM Express is a project portfolio management SaaS. We are headquartered in the Seattle area and have a development center in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

PPM Express works with medium-size organizations and IT departments of large enterprises in the US, EU, and the UK. We have a product-market fit, paying customers and predictable growth. At this stage, we are scaling our organization with Prospecting (Lead Generation) Team.

We are looking for an open-minded, outgoing person, passionate about understanding issues people face, finding the right solution to address problems, and who loves working with people and enjoys talking with them. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

This is how our perfect candidate’s profile looks like:

  • Upper-intermediate English level or higher.
  • 1+ year of SDR / BDR / lead generation / cold emailing and prospecting ;
  • At least 1 year of experience in email and LinkedIn outbound sales;
  • Ability to connect and develop client relationships;
  • Strong communication skills.

Main responsibilities:

  • Building target lists of prospects using various tools like LinkedIn, contact databases, social networks, site visitor tracking tools, etc.
  • Communicating with prospects through email outreach, LI and other lead generation efforts;
  • Qualification of prospects, making sure that they fit ICP, our product is the right fit and it is a right time;
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps;
  • You will be responsible for the quota of qualified leads.
