Terms: Full remote (The R&D center is in Kharkiv)
What you will need:
- Fluent English (B2-C1)
- At least 3-4 years of experience in both IT headhunting/recruitment and HR
- Experience working in IT market/start-up
- Personal skills:
-Ability to work under minor/remote supervision
-Leader and pusher personality
- Basic understanding of PE (FOP) terms
- Experience with basic accounting docs (invoice, acts) and contracts
- Experience working under remote US/EU/Israel management
What you will do:
● IT Recruitment:
- Sourcing and headhunting, posting vacancies on web sources, screening CVs, interviewing candidates (Ukraine/Israel/Philippines, not limited)
- Liaising with recruitment agencies (search and support)
● HR management for the Fluent Ukrainian team of 20-25 people:
- Arranging the Onboarding, trial follow-up, payment reviews, 1:1 conversations, training & development, exit interviews, etc.
- One-stop-shop for all HR issues
- Organizing events, presents, atmosphere
- HR and team/office administration
● Working remotely with global CFO
