Job Purpose

You will be responsible to build and improve the tech platform and mobile app that FlowSpace needs to succeed. Your specific focus will be on engineering and creation of technical products. Design will be handled by our design partner. You’ll be expected to maintain great relationships at every touch point internally with the founders and customer success.

You will be expected to have an acute customer-focused lens in how it relates to your work developing our technology, we expect you to build technological improvements that deliver customer experiences that build promoters at every touch point.

What you will do

• Execute on the product and technological strategy
• Grow the FlowSpace platform to become the market leading flexible work platform
• Develop software to make FlowSpace better performing and more scalable
• Find creative ways to automate our processes (Zapier, Integromat, Airtable)
• Work with product team to execute new feature pipeline
• Collaborate with the existing tech team while working on new features
• Run tests and work on bug fixes on the platform
• Keep an eye on the best no-code / low code tools to implement for developing new functionalities

Must haves:

• At least 3 years experience working with the no-code/low code platform Bubble.io
• You’re a quick learner
• Be able to writing integrations to third-party APIs
• Be able to structure the back-end of our application in Bubble
• Experience with webhooks
• Have basic understanding of Javascript
• Have a good understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, Integromat)
• Good communication skills towards the internal team and a good command of English

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Webflow
• Experience creating mobile apps in Bubble
• Have experience in programming languages for custom coding within Bubble environment
• Marketplace experience
